I am a Portfolio Non-Executive Director, Patient Advocate, Public Speaker, and Patient and Public Involvement and Engagement (PPIE) lead working across healthcare, research, governance, and policy.
My work sits at the intersection of lived experience, strategy, accountability, and systems change.
I work with organisations that want more than performative inclusion. Organisations that are serious about improving services, strengthening governance, embedding equity, and designing systems that work for the people they serve.
Drawing on lived experience of multiple long term conditions, I bring insight that bridges boardrooms, research, policy, and real-world patient experience. I am known for asking thoughtful questions, challenging assumptions, and helping organisations move beyond intention towards meaningful action.
My portfolio includes roles across NHS England, NICE, NIHR-funded research, Royal Colleges, and national advisory groups.
I believe inclusion without influence changes very little. Real impact happens when lived experience is not treated as a token perspective, but as expertise that informs decision-making.
Whether you are looking for a speaker, collaborator, advisor, committee member, or strategic partner, I would love to hear from you.
